Job Title: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan that aligns with company goals and objectives.
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and industry partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business development initiatives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective clients.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics.
Generate reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance the company’s visibility and network with potential clients and partners.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development or sales roles within the consumer goods, distribution, or DSD industry.
Strong understanding of DSD operations, supply chain dynamics, and retail distribution networks.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and build rapport with customers.
Strategic thinker.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
