    Marketing and Business Development Manager The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm, PC Acton, MA The Marketing and Business Development Manager will report to the owner and Director of Marketing and will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of business objectives for sales and marketing and executing the Firm’s robust marketing activities. You will be responsible for increasing market presence, building a pipeline of potential new clients, and building professional and client referral relationships to achieve our goals. You will work collaboratively and be responsible for managing and tracking marketing and business development efforts and outcomes. Responsibilities: • Contact professionals and other groups to establish business and referral relationships. • Work closely with other team members to analyze key business drivers and develop action plans to optimize opportunities that drive the business forward. • Manage scheduling of presentations and events to ensure details are effectively completed and presentations and events are fully and successfully executed. • Oversee quarterly website audit; checking links, updating information, and refreshing photos. • Develop ideas with the Marketing team to design new or improve upon existing marketing materials for targeted audiences and practice areas. • Create a tracking system to monitor and report on progress with leads from marketing channels, clients, and referral sources. Maintain marketing channel ROI’s and lead statistics. Standardize analytics reporting. Report findings and stats weekly to the Director of Marketing. Collaborate with the Director on when to increase or decrease activity. • Work with established vendors to develop and improve upon existing marketing materials for targeted audiences, such as Blogs, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns. • Oversee the Firm’s social media and event calendar and ongoing and upcoming projects and programs so as to be able to provide a 90-day view for the Director of Marketing. • Participate in weekly staff meetings with the Owners and Staff. Lead by example with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree. • 4+ years of Marketing/Public Relations experience. • Experience working with HubSpot CRM, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) Canva, and WordPress. Must consider yourself to be technically savvy. • Must be comfortable with providing superior high-end customer service (think, Ritz Carlton). • Must have the ability to work successfully in an ever-changing work environment. • Must have strong organization and prioritization skills. • Must have excellent written communication, proofreading, and copywriting skills. • Demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond and deliver exceptional service. • Experience with tracking, monthly ROI reports. • Must be a creative, out-of-the-box thinker. • This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00 position. Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000
