    Responsibilities:

    • Design and execute strategies to boost revenue, market share, and profitability, meeting corporate performance targets.
    • Analyze market trends to uncover growth opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, TMCs, OTAs, corporate clients, and other key partners to drive revenue.
    • Manage the Trade Partnership Program to ensure collaborative growth with trade and corporate partners.
    • Monitor KPIs, evaluate sales data, and adjust strategies to achieve revenue goals.
    • Represent the airline at industry events and trade shows to promote services and strengthen networks.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, pricing, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
    • Provide insights and updates to senior management to guide data-driven decisions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • 5+ years of experience in business development within the airline or travel industry, with proven sales success.
    • In-depth understanding of airline market trends and competition.
    • Expertise in managing trade partnerships and interpreting customer insights.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Amadeus, and market intelligence tools.
