    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to our overall growth strategy. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business success in the property management industry. A strong emphasis is placed on the importance of using

    software platforms and engaging in daily learning of software to enhance efficiency, maintain a competitive edge, and support data-driven decision making. The candidate can in addition to the Business development managers duties, represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. This position is idea for a candidate that already represent clients to increase their income. Commission $2500 - $6000 Plus. This does not include real estate sales commissions that can be earned on sales transactions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and implement strategies for new business development, focusing on generating leads and converting them into profitable client relationships.

    Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends that can impact our business.

    Network and build relationships with potential clients, industry professionals, and other stakeholders.

    Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.

    Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

    Monitor and report on sales performance analytics, using data to drive business decisions.

    Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

    Regularly use and learn from CRM and property management software platforms to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

    Qualifications

    Possession of a Nevada realtor's license. Demonstrating a dedication to professional growth and adherence to industry standards.

    Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to engage in continuous learning of new software platforms.

    A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
