    About

    We are looking for Business Development & Marketing Manager with one of our direct client which is a leading cloud and cybersecurity systems integrator and technology consulting firm with a strong presence in the public sector, financial services, healthcare, and enterprise markets. As they drive toward their ambitious revenue goal for 2025, They seek a highly motivated Business Development & Marketing Manager to spearhead their sales growth, client acquisition, and brand positioning initiatives. This role will be instrumental in expanding their presence in key verticals—including Cloud, AI, and Security-driven solutions from Microsoft, Cisco, HPE, and other strategic partners.

     

    Role Overview

    The Business Development & Marketing Manager will play a critical role in executing growth strategy by driving revenue-generating opportunities, expanding market reach, and strengthening our brand’s impact. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic sales, marketing execution, and partner engagement experience to drive lead generation, conversion, and customer expansion.

    Key Responsibilities

    Business Development:

    • Lead customer acquisition efforts across new verticals such as finance, energy, retail, and commercial enterprises.
    • Develop and execute account-based sales strategies targeting enterprise, mid-market, and SMB clients.
    • Cultivate strategic partnerships with Microsoft, Cisco, HPE, and other technology providers to co-sell and drive revenue opportunities.
    • Work closely with sales teams to develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and close high-value deals.
    • Identify and qualify leads through networking, industry events, and direct outreach.
    • Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to build connections, expand networks, and enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
    • Develop strong public speaking and relationship-building capabilities to effectively represent at events and key industry forums.

    Marketing Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Cloud, AI, and Security solutions.
    • Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing to generate leads.
    • Oversee branding initiatives to position as a leader in the cybersecurity and cloud solutions space.
    • Manage industry events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
    • Create sales enablement materials including case studies, white papers, and thought leadership content.

    Pipeline Management & Reporting:

    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting insights and progress toward revenue goals.
    • Utilize CRM tools (such as Dynamics 365) to manage and track lead conversion and sales pipeline progression.
    • Continuously refine sales and marketing tactics based on data-driven insights and competitive analysis.

     

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, and/or marketing within the technology or IT consulting sector.
    • Proven track record of driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth through sales and marketing initiatives.
    • Experience with B2B enterprise sales, government contracting, or technology partnerships is highly preferred.
    • Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand positioning in the tech industry.
    • Strong understanding of Cloud, AI, and Security solutions, particularly Microsoft, Cisco, and HPE.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Marketo).
