Responsibilities: What is expected of our Agents? • Provide solutions to addressing clients' needs; protection and income solutions • Understand the needs and financial concerns of clients • Educate clients on how to plan for their financial future so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encounter • Promote customized ways for clients to achieve and protect their long-term financial goals • Cultivate relationships with clients and Network to expand your referral base • Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients • Have a clear focus on client needs through a discovery, fact-finding process resulting in trust and continuity of community over time Qualifications: • Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred • Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Sales experience preferred • Enterprising mindset • Strong business acumen • Professional business demeanor • Perseverance in the face of a challenge • Strong ability to make connections • Strong communication skills both written and verbal • Desire to help families and businesses to “Be Good At Life” • Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks/contacts • Integrity is a must • College degree is preferred but not required • Life and Health Insurance licensed, preferred (but we can assist for the right candidate) • Series 6/7 & Series 63/65/66 are preferred (but we can assist and sponsor for the right candidate) Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission
