    Role Overview: As a Financial Professional, you will play a vital role in helping clients secure their financial future through a variety of strategies. This includes providing life insurance solutions to protect families and legacies, and offering annuities and investment options to support retirement planning, asset accumulation, and long-term financial growth (available only through properly licensed Registered Representatives of NYLIFE Securities LLC, a member FINRA/SIPC, and a New York Life company). You will also assist clients with long-term care and disability insurance, providing peace of mind for aging or unexpected challenges, and support estate conservation and tax diversification planning, helping clients address business succession, estate needs, and tax efficiency.     Previous experience? For 13+ years Mike was instrumental in the growth of Farmers Insurance across the Northeast, including NJ, PA, NY, CT, and New England, and became the youngest promoted Farmers Director in the country at age 34.

    Passionate about? Mike is a dedicated “girl dad” to his three daughters. He’s also a devoted sports fan, cheering for the Jets, Mets, and Rutgers. Mike is a Rutgers Hall of Fame member, Big East Track Champion (2005), Fork Union Military Graduate (#1 HS for NFL players), and HS All-American in Track. He enjoys cooking and exploring new food adventures with his family.

    Bianca O’Brien - Managing Partner:

    Previous experience? Graduate of State University of New York College at Oneonta. Started at NYL as an Agent and was promoted to Managing Partner in 2016.

Additionally, she is on the board of the Greater New Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce and is a lifelong NY resident. Bianca and her husband Jim love fishing. She holds the CLF, CLTC, and LUTCF designations and was recognized as the top woman recruiter in the company in 2021.

    Qualifications:

    A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline is preferred.

    Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial, but not required.

    Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

    Ability to obtain necessary insurance and financial licenses.
