    Position Overview

    The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This position involves building relationships, managing sales pipelines, and working closely with prospective clients to understand their cleaning needs and propose tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a proactive and client-focused attitude.

    Key Responsibilities

    Prospect and Generate Leads: Research and identify potential clients in target markets, including office buildings, medical facilities, educational institutions, retail spaces, and industrial sites.

    Sales Outreach: Conduct outreach activities such as cold calls, emails, networking events, and on-site visits to engage potential clients and establish relationships.

    Consultative Selling: Understand client needs through effective communication and propose customized cleaning solutions that align with their business goals and budget.

    Develop Proposals: Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations based on client requirements, ensuring alignment with company capabilities and standards.

    Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and updated sales pipeline using CRM software to track opportunities and manage client interactions.

    Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.

    Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery, providing ongoing support to clients when needed.

    Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

    Proven experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry.

    Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

    Familiarity with Hupspot CRM software and other sales tools.

    Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Ability to travel locally to meet clients and attend networking events.

    This is a remote position.
