Responsibilities: • Generate leads through many methods, including face-to-face interaction, phone calls, texts, and emails • Work with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales process • Create and pursue high-value sales opportunities for our sales team to close • Work leads provided in the CRM system with effective follow-up skills. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills • Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired • Successful experience providing customer service preferred Compensation: $63,500 including bonuses
