    The Opportunity : Join us as a Business Development Representative (BDR) at the forefront of our Sales team, reporting directly to the Head of Business Development. You'll play a pivotal role in strategically sourcing and qualifying sales opportunities at target accounts, contributing to scaling and operationalizing Accorded's top-of-funnel outbound lead generation initiatives.

    Who You Are: You have a good knowledge of Hubspot or equivalent CRM systems, have shown proficiency in outbound email & lifecycle campaign execution, and have a strong interest in managing email and social media campaigns end-to-end. You will demonstrate success by achieving your monthly quota of qualified pipeline and ensuring deals are progressing, by tracking each prospect and lead interaction.

    You're a proactive solution-seeker who knows how to improve funnel velocity, all while building efficiencies along the way. You are a builder who takes the initiative to share boots-on-the-ground insights with the Accorded Commercial team – constantly pushing our team and campaigns to reach the next level.

    What You'll Do :

    • Drive pipeline through personalized outreach to identify new opportunities and engage potential leads
    • Qualify leads effectively, ensuring alignment with the Sales team's criteria
    • Be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales development targets set by the Sales team
    • Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the Sales team, providing comprehensive information to facilitate the sales process
    • Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales development efforts with overarching marketing strategies
    • Prospect and source leads through various channels such as email, outbound calling, live/virtual events, paid search/social, and other industry-specific networks
    • Leverage 3rd party databases (i.e. Zoominfo and Linkedin Sales Navigator) to build targeted prospect lists
    • Write highly-tailored and personalized cold outbound messaging to book meetings with target personas
    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve our CRM database by researching and logging intelligence/information of key leads and accounts
    • Partner with the Head of Business Development to identify new sales opportunities
    • Provide valuable boots-on-the-ground feedback to enhance marketing campaigns and targeting
    • Follow up on leads to gather feedback and optimize lead generation strategies
    • Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators and sales development metrics
    • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

    **Skills / qualifications for the ideal Business Development Representative:

    • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience
    • In-depth knowledge of creative prospecting techniques
    • Self starter and learner, comfortable working in a startup environment and seamlessly shifting priorities based on new goals and learnings
    • Proven ability to overcome obstacles through hard work, determination, and creativity
    • Background in healthcare preferred, but not required
