    Job Overview:

    We’re looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to promote and sell the EHP Supplemental Insurance Plan to businesses of all sizes. Your role will be to educate business owners on how EHP can save them money on employee healthcare costs while also generating substantial, long-term income for themselves.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and Develop New Business: Identify and target businesses that could benefit from EHP’s supplemental insurance plan.
    • Consultative Sales: Meet with decision-makers (business owners, HR directors, etc.) to explain how the EHP plan can reduce healthcare costs while offering long-term financial benefits.
    • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure ongoing participation in the program.
    • Close Deals: Present, negotiate, and close new client contracts for the EHP plan.
    • Educate Clients: Help clients understand the cost-saving benefits of enrolling employees in the plan and the residual income potential for business owners.
    • Track Progress: Use our CRM to track client interactions, sales pipeline, and earnings potential.

    Qualifications:

    • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience in insurance, employee benefits, or related fields is preferred but not required.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate the benefits of the program to business owners and decision-makers.
    • Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently and managing your own time and schedule.
    • Goal-Oriented: Must be driven to meet sales targets and earn commissions.
    • Reliable and Professional: Demonstrated track record of professional conduct and punctuality.
