Your ability to connect with agents, brokers, and industry leaders will be instrumental in achieving our goals. Responsibilities: Relationship Building : • Attend Realtor Association events and networking meetings to establish connections and build a strong referral network. • Conduct regular follow-ups with agents regarding ongoing deals and contracts, fostering long-term relationships. • Schedule coffee calls and informal meetings with agents to encourage collaboration and generate contracts. Broker Outreach : • Engage with broker-owners to secure office meetings, presenting the benefits of partnering with our company and motivating their teams to send contracts. • Develop and maintain strong rapport with key stakeholders in the real estate market. Educational and Speaking Engagements : • Organize and deliver speaking engagements at the Board of Realtors to coach agents on market strategies, contracts, and best practices. • Represent the company as a thought leader, providing insights and actionable advice to real estate professionals. Community and Business Networking : • Be an active member of professional organizations like the Tower Club, leveraging networking opportunities to secure new business and grow contract volume. • Build a positive presence in the local and regional real estate communities. Sales and Contract Acquisition : • Drive sales initiatives by soliciting purchase contracts from agents, brokers, and other real estate professionals. • Monitor and evaluate contract trends to identify opportunities for business growth. Collaboration and Strategy : • Work closely with internal teams to align efforts, optimize outreach strategies, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. • Provide feedback and insights to refine sales processes and enhance team performance. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, ideally in the real estate or mortgage industry. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities and locations effectively. • A proactive approach to networking, with the ability to build trust and establish long-term partnerships. • Willingness to travel frequently to attend events and meet with clients. Compensation: $75,000 yearly plus bonus
