Role:
The primary role of the Business Development Representative (BDR) is to identify and secure new business for our managed services and electronic security offerings within our market. This involves prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales to meet and exceed revenue targets. A successful BDR requires a unique blend of personality traits that include self-motivated, outgoing, confident, adaptable, goal/solutions oriented, curious, persistent, strategic/analytical thinker, and excellent listener.
