    Job Description:

    We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team on a commission-based structure. This role is a key driver of our agency’s growth, with the responsibility of identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, expanding our client portfolio, and establishing Enaar Group as a trusted staffing partner within the financial services and fintech sectors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1\. Prospect and Lead Generation

    • Identify potential clients in financial services and fintech sectors, including wealth management firms, investment banks, and fintech startups.

    • Develop and maintain a pipeline through cold calling, social selling, email outreach, and networking.

    2\. Client Outreach and Relationship Building

    • Connect with decision-makers (e.g., hiring managers, VPs) to understand staffing needs.

    • Build and nurture long-term relationships, positioning Enaar Group as the preferred staffing partner.

    3\. Consultative Sales and Negotiation

    • Present Enaar Group’s services, highlighting value propositions.

    • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

    4\. Industry Insight and Feedback

    • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.

    • Provide feedback to leadership on client needs and market opportunities.

    5\. Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with the recruitment team to meet client requirements.

    • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and outreach initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of business development, sales, or client acquisition experience, ideally in the staffing, financial services, or fintech industries.

    • Financial Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the financial services and fintech sectors, with a keen interest in understanding the staffing challenges unique to these industries.

    • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner.

    • Relationship Builder: Proven ability to establish rapport and foster long-term business relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.

    • Sales-Oriented: Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

    • Independent and Driven: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a commission-driven environment.

    • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools to manage leads, track activity, and generate client insights.
