    This is a unique opportunity to participate in our comprehensive BDR Residency which consists of a free training period followed by a full-time salaried, 12-week Residency with one of our Employer Partners (EPs). Residents will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real world experience to prepare them for a successful career in tech sales.

    Key Role Responsibilities for your Residency:

    The partner company is a B2B pipeline generation company that specializes in delivering high-quality, sales-ready leads for businesses looking to grow their customer base. By leveraging targeted outbound strategies, including email marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and cold outreach, they help companies engage key decision-makers and drive meaningful conversations with potential clients. Their data-driven approach ensures a consistent flow of qualified leads, enabling businesses to accelerate their sales processes, improve conversion rates, and achieve sustainable growth.

    • Outbound efforts that include: prospect research, emailing outreach, qualifying prospects, appointment setting.

    • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong verbal and written communications ability.

    • The ability to handle and the responsibility to deliver in a fast paced environment.

    • Consistently able to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified appointments set, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.

    • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.

    • Foster strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders, maintaining a customer-centric approach and positioning the company as a trusted advisor in the marketplace.

    Requirements:

    • The ability to communicate openly and freely with any audience.

    • Knowledge of software and web technologies from a user or industry perspective, and an interest in continuously learning more.

    • Responsible self starter and over achiever.

    • Persistent drive and desire to succeed.

    • Strong desire to pursue a career in sales and willingness to commit to the full Residency program.

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects and freely with any audience.

    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

    • Positive attitude, flawless organizational skills with a persistent desire to succeed.

    • Prior B2B sales experience and knowledge of the tech industry

    • Full-time availability Monday - Friday (9 AM - 5 PM), must be willing to work East Coast hours.
