This is full-time in-person role located in our office in Richmond VA 23219
We seek a motivated and experienced BDR to join our dynamic, growing team. As a B2B BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email, social networking, and other sales tactics
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS solution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends to the management team
Requirements:
- Ideally you have 1 to 2 years of B2B technology sales experience
- Alternatively, 4 years of work experience at a Venture-Backed technology company and a passion to learn sales
- Competitive nature and a strong ambition to learn sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
This is a commission-based role with an OTE of $45K to $65K per year.
