We specialize in high-quality remote staffing solutions across marketing, operations, customer service, and more—offering flexible, scalable support that drives real growth for our clients.

    We’re now building out our outbound sales capability—and we’re looking for a driven, strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) with BPO experience to pioneer this effort.

    As our first Business Development Representative, you’ll take the lead in driving Global Hola’s outbound sales engine. This role goes beyond booking meetings—you’ll own the full sales cycle from outreach to close. You’ll be identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing new business opportunities within the U.S. SMB and startup market. This is a high-impact role designed for a true closer—someone who thrives on hitting targets, earning commissions, and playing a key role in the company’s next phase of growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the full outbound sales cycle—from prospecting and cold outreach to closing and onboarding.
    • Identify and research high-potential leads across key verticals, including agencies, startups, medical offices, and U.S.-based small businesses.
    • Execute personalized multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to engage and convert prospects.
    • Deliver tailored sales pitches and product demos that speak directly to client needs and operational challenges.
    • Proactively follow up, handle objections, and guide prospects through the decision-making process to signed agreements.
    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales activity records in the CRM; report weekly on pipeline health and performance metrics.
    • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to refine outbound messaging, scripts, and target personas.
    • Provide feedback and insights to improve our sales playbook, helping to establish scalable outbound processes for future team growth.

    Qualifications

    • A proven closer with 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience—ideally in the BPO, outsourcing, or virtual staffing industry
    • Skilled in cold outreach and turning conversations into paying customers
    • Confident, clear communicator who thrives on hitting goals and outperforming quotas
    • Comfortable navigating U.S.-based SMB buyers and understanding their challenges
    • Experienced with CRM tools and outreach platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Close.com)
    • Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven

    Compensation

    • Commission-Based (1099 Role): This is a commission-only position classified under a 1099 independent contractor agreement.
    • Recurring Commission: Earn ongoing recurring commissions for every successful hire that meets predefined quality and performance criteria.
    • Quarterly Performance Bonus: Eligible for additional bonuses based on achieving quarterly performance targets.

    Metrics & Performance Indicators

    To ensure long-term success in this pioneer role, performance will be evaluated through a combination of outcome-based metrics and leading indicators:

    Outcome-Based Metrics

    • Number of closed deals and new clients onboarded
    • Post-sales client feedback and satisfaction ratings
    • Client retention
    • Total billable hours generated from acquired accounts

    Leading Indicators

    • Volume of new qualified prospects added to the pipeline
    • Number of outbound sales activities (emails, calls, and messages)
    • Discovery and sales calls scheduled

    These metrics will be actively monitored during the ramp-up period and beyond to assess effectiveness, guide improvements, and inform future commission adjustments.
