✅ What You’ll Be Doing
As a Commercial Account Manager at Barex, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients—supporting their needs, managing their accounts, and making sure they feel heard, supported, and valued. You’ll work closely with our internal team to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, while you shine in front of our customers. You'll start with 3–4 months of immersive training to understand our industry, our values, and how we bring solutions to life.

✅ Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for account growth.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Collaborate with the sales management team to create strategies that enhance market presence and drive revenue.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the industry.
Utilize software tools for account management and sales tracking to monitor performance metrics.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing products and services tailored to their needs.
Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote company offerings and expand your professional network.
✅ Bonus Points If You:
Have experience in account management or client service
Have worked in restoration, remediation, construction, or insurance
Proven experience in sales management or account management is preferred.
Strong background in customer service, retail sales, or inside sales is highly desirable.
Familiarity with lead generation techniques and business development strategies is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Proficiency in using software tools related to sales tracking and account management.
