Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue prospective clients from leads generated by firm marketing activities and move them through the sales pipeline via follow up calls, emails, or other forms of communication • Qualify prospective clients quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, their goals, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles • Schedule in-person sales appointments and follow up on prospect’s requests for information • Maintain notes in the contact database on all leads • Assist the Marketing Team to find new business opportunities in the Norman, OK geographic area • Assist the Marketing Team in creating social media and digital marketing content • Assist the Marketing Team in meeting or surpassing the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met Qualifications: • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goals • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software Compensation: $17- $20 per hour
