Responsibilities: • The Business Development Representative will be responsible for bringing in new customers consistently. • House accounts are handled by the management and processing team, you will focus all your time and energy on new business. • Create meaningful contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions. • Speak to small and large groups about a variety of industry-relevant topics. Qualifications: • We are not looking for someone who checks boxes on paper. • There is no experience necessary for this role. • We are looking for the best fit for our company and our customers regardless of degree or experience. • The most important qualification is the ability to hold a conversation and engage prospects. Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000
