    ChalkTalk uses student assessments to generate digital courseware for every day in the course schedule. Every modular ChalkTalk lesson comes with teaching materials for the teacher; small group work and computer-adaptive practice for students; and progress reports for administrators. ChalkTalk is delivering improvement in student learning outcomes up to 6x, as measured by third-party test scores. It is currently used to power high school literacy and numeracy instruction district-wide at some of the largest US districts - including 8 of the largest 100.

    Responsibilities

    • Cold calling to generate leads within K-12 school districts across target states and regions
    • Researching relevant state and local trends within defined sales territory to identify qualified target schools and districts
    • Partnering with AEs and other sales team members to effectively execute on territory plans
    • Partnering with sales and ChalkTalk leadership to build out playbooks for scalable department growth

    • Are uncomfortable giving feedback to peers and managers

    Qualifications

    • 1+ year experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
    • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads through engaging email and phone conversations.
    • Proficient in CRM usage and sales process management to exceed team goals, with familiarity in platforms like HubSpot, MonsterConnect, and SalesLoft.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with buyer challenges in education and establish clear value propositions.
    • Thrive in fast-paced environments, leveraging creativity and teamwork for flawless execution; Strong time-management and organizational skills
    • K-12 experience preferred.
