Charlie Clark Nissan Brownsville is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development Center (BDC) Agent. The BDC Agent will play a crucial role in driving dealership sales and service traffic by handling inbound and outbound communications with prospective and current customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person) • Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business • Study website with vehicle specifications and availability • Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicle • Disclosing terms of sales with consumers and reviewing sales with dealership management Qualifications: • 1 year of automotive sales experience preferred, not required. Will train • Requires strong communication and phone skills in order to work most effectively with customers • Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all sales leads and to keep the website data up-to-date • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Compensation: $30,000 - $50,000 yearly
