Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to expand our customer base for the A360 CPM software. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of technology, helping businesses enhance their financial planning and analytics processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, technology, and enterprise software solutions, with a strong focus on building lasting client relationships and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target businesses that could benefit from A360's CPM capabilities.
- Utilize outbound methods, including email, social media, and cold calling, to initiate conversations and generate interest in our CRM solutions.
- Engage with key decision-makers in finance, accounting, and IT departments to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for A360 software.
- Partner with sales engineers to deliver tailored product demos and present the value of A360's features in addressing client needs.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with detailed information on prospects, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Draft proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales in alignment with established targets and sales goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and best practices in corporate performance management, financial planning, and business analytics.
- Share marketing materials and resources with leads to educate them on our product's value and benefits.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture them through the early stages of the sales funnel.
- Work closely with the sales operations team to ensure the smooth transition of qualified leads and seamless sales engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of B2B software sales experience (CPM, ERP, BI, or SaaS solutions preferred).
- Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and corporate performance management is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
