This position also involves utilizing our advanced CRM system, lead generation tools, and other cutting-edge technologies to identify potential sellers and schedule appointments for our Acquisitions Agents. Responsibilities: Essential Duties: • Answer calls from seller leads promptly and generate leads using our CRM system • Provide a smooth and friendly hand-off to one of our Acquisitions Agents • Demonstrate a sense of urgency for goal achievement across varied activities and simultaneous projects • Build relationships and rapport through outbound calling, focusing on achieving the engagement and commitment of others • Pre-screen sellers based on motivation level, sense of urgency, and other lead-selling indicators • Make quick decisions in response to changing conditions when speaking directly with potential customers • Set appointments for the acquisition agents based on seller motivation • Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in the company CRM • Assign potential realtor listings for our referral partners Qualifications: • Previous sales experience preferred • Hungry to succeed • Must have transportation • Strong organizational and time management skills • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required Traits of a Successful Candidate: • Disciplined • Organized • Coachable • Integrity • Process Orientated • High Achiever • Ambitious Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000 yearly
