DAILY MINIMUM EXPECTATIONS:
We’re seeking a driven and resourceful hunter to help expand our Recruiting Division by building and growing a strong book of business! In this role, you will introduce new logo clientsto our premier Sales and Sales Leadership Staffing Solutionsand drive meaningful partnerships that solve their hiring needs.
Your mission: Provide every prospect with an exceptional experience that demonstrates the value of our services through masterful execution of our Warrior Selling Methodology.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to build a robust sales funnel for sales and sales leader staffing solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver impactful sales presentations, and create customized proposals that align with client needs.
- Build and manage relationships with decision-makers to establish long-term partnerships.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets by closing new business and expanding existing client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market demands to position our solutions competitively.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE:
- B2B background selling a complex service is required.
- Ability & Desire to follow a step-by-step proven process required.
- Experience selling staffing services preferred.
- Experience in a commission-based sales role is preferred.
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and positive person who can multi-task, work efficiently, play nicely with others and problem solve independently. required.
- Willingness to take direction and pay close attention to detail. required
