SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:
The Business Development Representative is responsible for qualifying cold prospects into warm opportunities that can be handed off to the Govcon BD team in order to grow the sales pipeline and close new client accounts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Outreach
Lead Qualification
Assess inbound and outbound leads to determine their potential fit with Trek10's services and hand off qualified leads to the sales team.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Meeting Scheduling
Collaboration
CRM Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including contact details, interactions, and next steps, to ensure pipeline visibility and integrity.
Monitor and report on key metrics (e.g., calls made, meetings booked, conversion rates) to continuously optimize efforts.
