    Job Description

    The Business Development Representative (BDR) will support Ubiquity’s business growth strategies by taking a proactive and energetic approach to business development initiatives. The BDR’s primary duty is to engage, build, and develop new partnerships and business opportunities in the Frachise space for Ubiquity. We're looking for a forward-thinking, meticulously organized, and self-motivated sales professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll accelerate our partner relationships to help us exponentially reach more franchises across the United States.This is a critical and fast-growing market for Ubiquity. The BDR will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and driving growth by connecting franchise organizations with Ubiquity’s tailored 401(k) solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively identify and generate leads within the franchise industry, leveraging research, outreach, and referrals.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners, operators, and decision-makers to understand their retirement plan needs.

    • Educate prospective clients on Ubiquity’s 401(k) offerings, highlighting the value and benefits for franchise businesses.

    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and develop strategies to penetrate the franchise vertical.

    • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives, ensuring a seamless transition in the sales process.

    • Stay up-to-date with franchise industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to tailor outreach and recommendations effectively.

    • Meet and exceed individual performance metrics, including lead generation, outreach activity, and pipeline growth.

    Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the franchise business model is required

    Client Service: Keeps internal and external clients in mind at all times. Proactively addresses client concerns and provides effective resolutions

    Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

    Integrity: Takes personal responsibility for the quality, accuracy and timeliness of work, and achieves results with little oversight

    Communication: Presents information clearly, concisely and logically through verbal and written communication in a professional way. Comfortable with public speaking and providing product demonstrations using video technology.

    Organizing: Utilizes CRM tools and time management techniques to maintain a high volume of outbound calls and emails while ensuring efficient follow up and activity tracking

    _ Skills + Experience_

    • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years sales experience working in or selling to the Professional Association industry
    • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, and other associated computer programs
    • Salesforce experience required
    • Positive and energetic phone skills, active listening skills, strong writing, and presentation skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a results-oriented sales team environment
    • Successful lead follow-up and sales development skills
    • Proficient in combatting objections to drive the conversation forward

    Additional Information
