    Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators:

    • \- Grow business by 8-10% annually
    • \- Set appointments and host regular educational meetings with families, surviving spouses, and support groups in the community on long-term care and aging
    • \- Conduct 30-35 in-person (or Zoom) visits per week
    • \- Nurture 20-25 key referral sources monthly
    • \- Send regular notes, emails, and texts with updates and thank-you/follow-ups
    • \- Build a base of new referral sources and contacts in the senior community (3-5 per month)
    • \- Distribute collateral materials and approved content monthly via email
    • \- Visit all new clients within 60 days and assist operations with customer service matters.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Establish an annual plan and actively use it as a working tool, revisiting it quarterly
    • Track all referrers, activities & notes in a CRM system
    • -Ensure data is reliable, usable, understandable, and measurable
    • Participate in all scheduled quarterly staff meetings.
    • Perform all phases of sales & business development activities for assigned territories
    • Analyze client needs, make presentations, conduct in-home assessments, potential POC visits, and follow up as necessary
    • Report activities, progress, results, and pipeline to the supervisor weekly
    • Have regular meetings with the owner to discuss successes, challenges, and opportunities and review the schedule/calendar and results
    • Develop an annual plan each fall with the owner and GM, revisiting it quarterly
