Our CEO handles the majority of the day-to-day operations and is looking to delegate effectively to grow the agency, which is why we are now looking for a great Business Development Representative (BDR). We have been fortunate to maintain our business through 100% referrals, we are now prioritizing building new relationships and growing our cold client base in 2025 and beyond. We are a woman and minority founded and operated agency. We are looking for an individual that enjoys making new connections, has an understanding of the recruitment field, is innovative and willing to learn.

BDR Scope of Work
1\. Lead Generation & OutreachIdentify Prospective Clients: Research and build a pipeline of culture-driven startups and nonprofits that align with the agency’s mission.
Cold Outreach: Use email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to engage decision-makers, such as founders, CEOs, and HR leaders, introducing the agency’s services and value proposition.
Networking: Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build relationships and expand the client network.
Nurture Leads: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients by following up consistently, providing relevant insights, and addressing questions or concerns.
Client Onboarding Support: Assist in the initial stages of new client relationships, ensuring a seamless handoff to the recruitment team.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and challenges faced by potential clients to tailor outreach strategies.
Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with the leadership team to refine sales approaches and set goals aligned with the agency’s mission.
Feedback Loop: Provide insights from client interactions to improve marketing materials, service offerings, and overall client experience.
Track Performance: Use CRM tools to manage and document interactions with leads and clients, ensuring accurate tracking of the sales pipeline.
Analyze Data: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as outreach success rates, lead conversions, and revenue contributions to refine strategies.
Promote the Mission: Clearly communicate the agency’s mission to simplify hiring for culture-driven organizations while reducing the stress of building exceptional teams.
Showcase Value: Highlight the agency’s unique strengths, including expertise in aligning executive talent with client culture and values.
