    Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients who are interested in in-home personal training services. You’ll reach out to individuals, families, and corporate clients to introduce our services, qualify leads, and set appointments for our personal trainers to meet with prospective clients.     Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads for potential clients who are interested in in-home personal training services, including individuals, families, and corporate wellness programs.

    Prospecting: Research and target individuals and businesses that may benefit from in-home personal training, including busy professionals, seniors, stay-at-home parents, and fitness-conscious individuals.

    Qualify Leads: Assess potential clients’ fitness needs, goals, and preferences to ensure they are a good fit for our services, passing qualified leads to the sales team for conversion.

    Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage potential clients, educate them on our services, and schedule consultations or introductory sessions.

    Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM software to track prospects, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely responses to inquiries and leads.

    Collaboration: Work closely with the personal training team to ensure clients’ needs and preferences are communicated clearly for successful onboarding.

    Market Research: Stay informed on fitness industry trends, competitors, and market demands to adjust outreach strategies and keep messaging relevant.

    Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping clients understand the benefits of in-home training.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development, ideally within the fitness or wellness industry, is a plus. Personal training certification is a plus.

    Passion for Fitness: A strong passion for fitness and wellness, with an understanding of the benefits of in-home personal training.

    Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect and build trust with individuals from all backgrounds.

    Goal-Oriented: Motivated by achieving targets and exceeding sales quotas, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple opportunities.

    Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay organized while juggling various lead generation and outreach activities.

    Self-Starter: A motivated, self-sufficient individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
