Responsibilities: • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads Qualifications: • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Must have a Real Estate License Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
