    LeadingReach is looking for a highly motivated, outgoing and tech savvy sales representative with strong business acumen to join our growing Business Development team. This is a highly strategic role that requires creativity, resilience and an ability to partner effectively with teammates to identify new business opportunities and close them. Joining the Business Development team is an opportunity to fast track your career in sales. You should have an ability to consistently learn and apply coaching related to complex subjects such as mapping the value of our product to customer pain points and outbound selling best practices. Contributing at a high level in the Business Development role will open opportunities to move through our growing organization.

    Based in Austin, Texas, LeadingReach is a HIPAA-secure, web-based platform that connects healthcare providers together on the LeadingReach Network enabling them to refer patients, share clinical documentation, and communicate digitally, reducing the need for faxes and phone calls between providers.


    About The Role:

    As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team's revenue efforts by conducting outbound calls to set up meetings, initial sales qualification and end user verification calls. This role requires knowledge of the healthcare industry and the LeadingReach product and sales operations.

    To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads into promising sales opportunities while consistently achieving sales goals. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service.


    What You Will Do:

    • Document, track, and monitor all calls, notes, tasks and activities in the LeadingReach designated CRM
    • Collaborate with Sales to identify and source potential enterprise level prospects
    • Document, track, and monitor all leads and activities in Zoho CRM
    • 30-50 outbound calls a day to a variety of leads (warm & hot) that are generated from existing customers and/or sign up on the LeadingReach website
    • Handle inbound sales calls/chats in a timely manner - (in product chat experience is a plus!)
    • Identify sales opportunities and ensure a smooth handoff to sales by scheduling product demonstrations
    • Maintain up-to-date extensive knowledge of all LeadingReach product offerings
    • Perform user and account verification calls to ensure potential customers are authorized to view and access Protected Health Information (“PHI”)
    • Be prepared to perform product demonstrations for prospects, clearly articulating the value of LeadingReach, as needed
    • Performs other related duties as assigned

    What You Need:

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Experience in a clinical healthcare setting preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent experience required
    • Minimum 1 + years in a business development and/or sales role
    • Prior SaaS experience, a plus

    Skills/Ability:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A team player who can work independently, think creatively, solve problems, and takes initiative
    • Ability to access and accurately input sensitive information with confidentiality required
    • Knowledge of Mac operating systems, a plus
    • Proficient in Google Workspace, MS and CRM applications
    • Reliable internet with a strong connection required
