    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct consultative client consultations both in-person and virtually, guiding prospective clients through estate planning service options.

    • Generate a minimum of $18,000 in monthly sales through client enrollments and service packages.

    • Collect client payments and ensure timely execution of attorney-client agreements.

    • Act as a community liaison, building and nurturing relationships with referral sources, community leaders, and potential clients.

    • Coordinate and attend speaking engagements at local events, professional groups, and educational forums to promote estate planning awareness.

    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and signed agreements within the firm’s CRM system.

    • Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in legal services, insurance, financial planning, or other trust-based industries.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex topics in an approachable way.

    • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for helping people plan and protect their futures.

    • Strong organizational skills and follow-through.

    • Comfort with both in-person field work and virtual consultation technology.

    • A natural inclination toward community engagement and relationship building.
