    Business Development Representative - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 70k/year - Phoenix, AZ

    • Our client, is a mechanical servicing company that focuses on commercial building HVAC/mechanical systems in both servicing, retrofit and new build opportunities. They are looking to bring on a Business Development Representative that will be targeting a B2B sale of businesses and building owners in the Phoenix area. This position is a heavy hunter-oriented role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Make cold calls and learn how to effectively contact the decision-maker
    • Manage quotes to close sales and maintain an active backlog of quotes
    • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
    • Identify customer needs to influence the customer to buy and generate interest
    • Develop an understanding of the prospect’s decision-making process, address customer concerns, and commit prospect to decision-making timetable
    • Represent the brand
    • Follow up on customer quotes
    • Demonstrate sales ability, financial and business knowledge, and operations knowledge to drive new business

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years professional experience in a B2B sales
    • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.

    Compensation:

    • The position will have a base salary up to 70k/year with a strong commission incentive, car allowance and other benefits. OTE in YR1 is 90k - 110k. The person will work out of the Phoenix, AZ office, it is not a remote position.
