    Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

    • Conduct presentations and communicate the value of Lumina Agency’s services effectively.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and strategies.

    • Track business development progress and prepare regular reports for management.

    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to support decision-making.

    Basic Requirements

    • 1+ years’ experience in sales, a plus
    • Demonstrated passion for sales, learning, and growth
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
    • Strong work ethic to effectively manage your time to drive growth within your territory, generally 80+ sales engagements each day
    • Demonstrated multi-tasking abilities with consistent and timely follow-through all while achieving goals
    • Strive for honest, transparent, and accurate communication - always over deliver
    • Ability to exercise independent judgment while taking great pride in your work
    • Empathetic, solutions-oriented and a true passion to serve customers
    • A self-starter who embraces change; a problem solver and team player
    • Help develop and deliver outreach strategies to create sales opportunities

    Desired Qualifications

    • Demonstrated ability to accept coaching and feedback, as well as use feedback to pivot and grow
    • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment to effectively manage your time to yield sales within assigned territory
    • Experience collaborating with and supporting colleagues, within sales and cross departmentally
    • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership thinking
    • Previous customer service, support or client facing experience
    • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM (Strongly Preferred)
    • College degree or equivalent experience
    • Understanding/experience with sales engagement platforms such as Tout, Outreach, or SalesLoft

    Additional Requirements

    • Willingness to travel and work overtime, including evenings and weekends, sometimes with short notice.
    • Fully Remote: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence.

    This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
