    Job Description

    The Business Development Representative supports the growth of Unitek Learning’s Workforce Solutions Division by leading top-of-funnel outreach and creating persuasive, strategy-aligned content that drives conversations with healthcare and hospital leaders. This individual plays a pivotal role in shaping first impressions, fueling pipeline activity, and translating our value proposition into compelling narratives.

    • Proactively identify and engage hospital executives, workforce leaders, and system decision-makers through targeted outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
    • Qualify and nurture prospects, book meetings for senior business development leads and supporting the deal handoff process.
    • Contribute to territory development and pipeline strategy with market and account research.
    • Manage pipeline data within HubSpot CRM, maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
    • Support business development campaigns, events, and conference follow-up.
    • Write and refine messaging for outbound emails, executive briefs, and campaign materials.
    • Create tailored sales enablement content (one-pagers, decks, talking points) for strategic hospital targets.
    • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to craft value-focused, compliant, and persuasive content.
    • Research into healthcare workforce trends and integrate insights into content that resonates with hospital leadership.
    • Contribute to internal knowledge libraries and playbooks to standardize best practices.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’ degree in business, communications, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field is required, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or communications (preferably in healthcare or education).
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
    • Strong research and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.
