Who We Are:
Pediatric Emergency Standards Inc. is the innovator of the award-winning Handtevy Pediatric Resuscitation System. The Handtevy System is a fully integrated, cloud-based workflow management software program for pre-hospital (EMS) and hospital healthcare providers to be used to treat the critically ill or injured pediatric patient. We empower healthcare providers to rapidly and accurately respond to emergent calls with ease while reducing medical errors and improving quality of care for all patients.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up by means of proactive outbound cold calls and emails
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain daily call activity of 40 to 50 calls per day
Set up demos for prospects and the appropriate Business Development Manager
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Business Development Manager
Accurately log, track and maintain customer contact and records in our Salesforce CRM
Generate reports as required regarding lead qualifying activity
Education/Skills Required:
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
One year of prior sales experience (phone experience preferred)
Prior experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Must become comfortable with “cold calling”
Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
Professional demeanor and phone voice tonality
Aptitude to learn quickly, apply your learning and grow professionally
Active listener and articulate communicator
Ability to understand prospect needs and properly qualify accounts
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Exceptional written communication skills
Salary OTE: $75,000-$80,000
