    Your Impact

    • Direct Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to a specific Sales District with high efficiency and prioritization
    • Market the company's products and/or services via telephone and email, often cold-calling leads to gauge interest and create opportunity
    • Generate prospective customers through cold calling and lead qualification from Marketing programs and promotions
    • Follow up on pre-qualified leads with the sales team to ensure they are processed timely and lead to pipeline creation
    • Document all activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.com
    • Set appointments for both Field and Inside Sales Representatives, Account Executives, and prospective clients
    • Identify client needs, provide guidance and information around our products and services with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction
    • Build long-term relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
    • Seek and develop new business opportunities in the market
    • Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
    • Stay up-to-date with new products and services, including capabilities and pricing, and on cybersecurity industry trends
    • Be a high energy individual with a strong desire to achieve top results with a dependable, positive "can-do" attitude over the phone and in person
    • Consistently meet or exceed metrics set by leaders and managers
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Associate’s degree in business, marketing, logistics, supply chain or related field strongly preferred or commensurate education, training and experience required
    • Minimum 2 years sales/business development experience in supply chain and/or distribution/fulfillment
    • Experience using CRM and digital selling tools and strategies. SalesForce experience is a plus.
    • High degree of proficiency in O365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and PowerPoint), web-based and Windows based software
    • Demonstrated track record of qualifying significant new supply chain business opportunities
    • Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to earn the trust and confidence of customers and stakeholders (internal/external)
    • High level of accountability, proven ability to take ownership of responsibilities and strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work independently
    • Highly self-motivated with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines within an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
    • Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinker with proven problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent professional level written and verbal communication skills - ability to interface and communicate effectively with multiple functional groups, geographic regions/cultures, different levels of internal and external organizations
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, other departments and interact with various work behavior styles
    • Solid negotiation and collaboration skills - able to influence outcomes and bring initiatives to successful completion
    • Adaptability to changes in the marketplace, competition, and customer needs

    ** Work Environment/Physical Requirements**

    This job operates mainly in a work-from-home professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, laptop cameras, smart phones / cell phones, printers / photocopiers, filing cabinets.

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate (verbal/written), converse with, and exchange information with others. The employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time; occasionally move between their workspace and office machinery. The person in this position must operate a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine, printer, calculator; pull/retrieve/file documents in a filing cabinet. May need to position oneself to move between tight, high, or low spaces. Seeing abilities required by this job include detecting/identifying/recognizing/inspecting objects close to the employee, within a distance, peripherally, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

    Typical travel for this position is 10% (Assuming no company or government/public health travel restrictions)

    Salary commensurate with years of experience, qualifications, education, skills, and abilities. Anticipated range between $70,000 - $77,500.
