    As a part-time Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients who are a good fit for our high-value offerings. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, set appointments, and drive revenue growth. This position requires a seasoned sales professional who is comfortable with consultative selling and has a proven track record of closing high-ticket deals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outreach, and networking.
    • Engage with leads through calls, emails, and social media to build relationships and generate interest.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the client's business challenges and align our solutions to their needs.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing deals and achieving sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
    • Continuously build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
    • Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand your network and represent the company.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2C sales.
    • Proven track record of successfully closing high-ticket items (e.g., enterprise software, luxury goods, premium services, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to drive deals from initial contact to close.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and track sales activities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
