This position will require an individual who has a professional appearance and a dynamic, outgoing personality. High-level Communication skills are necessary so that new Clients are comfortable entrusting their valuable real estate assets to Penny Realty. The selected candidate will also support and assist the CEO and VP in various administrative duties. Responsibilities: • Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles • Work with the Company CEO in various supporting administrative roles Qualifications: • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales • Requires a minimum of 5 years of professional Sales Experience. Real estate / Property Management Sales is a plus, but not required • Must reside close to our central San Diego-based office and be able to drive your own vehicle to any location in San Diego County.
