If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we would love to hear from you! We are seeking a friendly and professional Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will outbound calls to set appointments for our outside sales representatives.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect and Outreach: Our Sales representative will reach out to business by phone and email to identify the needs of a company, collect relevant information, and provide solutions. We have cold leads to contact as well as some warm leads through third party sources.
Follow-Up: The Sales rep will follow our provided sales script to get past gatekeepers and talk to decision makers for employee drinking water. Introduce products and services when appropriate and then set an appointment for our Outside Sales Representative to present our company.
Customer Relationship Management: Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
Reporting: The Sales rep will document all calls using our CRM and update to indicate client interest, manage new leads, and maintain proper records of lead contacts.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and build rapport quickly.
Understanding of active listening techniques
Computer knowledge to quickly work a CRM and Outlook as well as functional knowledge of computer systems
A self-motivated, goal-driven attitude with a passion for meeting targets.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
Experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred
