Position: Business Development Representative (B2B)
This is a quota-carrying, salaried role with an uncapped bonus structure. As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility is to engage with prospects, educate them on RWK IT Services, and showcase how our solutions improve business productivity and profitability. This is a unique opportunity to excel in a hyper-growth market of cybersecurity and managed IT service sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate interest in our services. • Qualify prospects and determine if they are a good fit for RWK IT Services. • Build and maintain detailed prospect records in ConnectWise CRM. • Gain a deep understanding of RWK’s service offerings to lead initial conversations with potential clients.
