    We're looking for someone with 1-10 years of experience as a Business Development Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating referrals by building strong professional relationships and becoming a strategic partner with referral sources and their customers. As a Brand Ambassador for RestoPros, you'll play a crucial role in representing our company within the community you serve. This position requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a talent for presentation.

    We are a relatively new location of a growing franchise brand. Candidate should want to be part of a growing brand and be motivated by commission, which is uncapped and key part of compensation package.

    This is a mobile role, meaning candidate will be in market and driving from place to place most of the day. Territory includes most of NW Georgia, which focus on Cherokee, North Cobb, and Bartow counties.

    Compensation includes salary, vehicle allowance, and 3-4% commission on all closed jobs resulting from leads developed by the candidate. Offset of market health insurance plan (resources provided to obtain) is negotiable in compensation package if needed. Full plan will be available as company grows.

    Qualifications

    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a business development role

    Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory. Candidate will drive their own vehicle with a vehicle allowance as part of the compensation package. Company vehicle to be provided as business grows

    Candidate must have industry connections in plumbing and be prepared to generate leads quickly

    Comfort with CRM software to track leads

    Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity at times

    Responsibilities

    Maintain and nurture relationships with customers and referral sources to ensure a steady flow of referrals

    Identify potential lead sources and establish new relationships to grow the company's referral network

    Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with individuals and referral sources to engage and educate partners, improving the number of referrals received
