What You’ll Do: • Drive new business by cold calling and prospecting potential clients for commercial real estate opportunities. • Use your persuasion skills to generate qualified leads for our commercial agents. • Immerse yourself in the commercial real estate industry and gain invaluable experience. Responsibilities: • Create and pursue high-value sales opportunities for our sales team to close • Work with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales process • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events • Keep an eye on what the competition is doing, and come up with a strategy to market to potential customers Qualifications: • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process is preferred • You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • Past experience in sales is highly preferred Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
