    Primary Responsibilities

    Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments and maintaining assigned contact lists

    Participates in professional associations, hosts lunch-and-learns, and promotes continuing education (CE) courses

    Met sales objectives by maintaining existing customer and building new customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world

    Compile and maintain decision maker information and identify “Target 25” (Top 25 prospects to develop into clients)

    Provide Owners and Sales and Marketing Managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments)

    Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals

    Position Requirements

    A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience

    Proven track record with sales and marketing within the service sector

    Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude

    Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is preferred

    Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience

    Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

    Pay Rate

    Competitive base plus activity-based commission and increases based on merit.

    SMR Role and Expectations

    Payroll - $45,000 Salary

    Commissioned Bases 1% of sales for Recon 3% of sales for Mitigation – Full commission for SMR Generated Referrals and ½ commission for house accounts

    Vertical Market Assignments all within assigned territory: Minimum Contacts: Insurance Agents, Adjusters Plumbers Property Management 50 Top Companies within assigned territory Construction Companies

    Sales and Contact Goals and expectations Month/Year: Goal of developing a list within the first year of 750 unique agents Minimum of 50 agents per week engaged Onsite visits to all agents a minimum of 2 times per year Goal of 150 agents/adjusters participation in CE classes held by us through out the year Obtain 25 additional Linked In and Facebook contacts monthly Obtain 3 new Google reviews monthly Have 5 plumbing companies that you market too regularly Have at least 100 unique property managers/companies that you are engaged with regularly Follow up on each job in assigned territory to gain and market to adjuster assigned Perform a minimum of 2 ERPs Monthly Be ready to 1 st Respond as needed

    Sales Goals: 1 million in total revenue. Goal by the end of July is to be on pace in your pipeline (enough jobs coming in) to end a 12-month period going forward at 1 million pace, or $83,500 monthly.
