We are looking for a business development representative to join our team here at SERVPRO Team Parker. We are looking for someone who is able to adapt to both relaxed and corporate environments, enjoys meeting new people and is not afraid to be the one to break the ice in a room full of strangers. This position primarily consists of building relationships with current and future customers, delivering phenomenal customer service when our services are needed and promoting brand awareness through positive community involvement.
We are looking for the right person to fit our company culture and represent our team well - we completely understand that you may not have industry specific training for this position. You will receive a complete and individualized hands-on training, as well as one-on-one time and continued support from myself and our team lead. Trained, highly motivated, proactive business development representatives are invaluable, so we are determined to give you the opportunity to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do:
Have the flexibility to build your sales plan, determine and establish your book of business
Build customer relationships through networking and support
Meet or exceed sales goals by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned contact lists, participating in professional associations, hosting lunch-and-learns, promoting continuing education (CE) courses and more
Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts
Compile and maintain center of influence (COI) information and identify key targets
Provide and communicate clear and accurate job progress by working directly with your customer and the project manager overseeing the job
Monitor and follow up on all jobs ensuring customer needs are met
Assist with Marketing Event and Community Initiative Coordination
Your Qualifications:
2+ years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience preferred
Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new digital programs/Apps
Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
