    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to accelerate our growth. You will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing relationships, and driving sales for our franchisees. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and expanding company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other prospecting methods.

    • Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and identifying those with the highest potential for conversion.

    • Engage with potential clients to build rapport, present product features, answer questions, and address concerns.

    • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to prospective customers.

    • Confidently negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to reach mutually beneficial sales agreements.

    • Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting value and closing deals.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and sales pipeline information within Salesforce.

    • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of success in inside sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.

    • Strong sales acumen, including the ability to qualify leads, handle objections, and close deals.

    • Proficiency in Salesforce.

    • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activities, including researching and identifying high-quality leads.

    • Persuasive presentation skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
