Responsibilities: • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required • Previous experience with in-person and telephone sales, customer service, and customer relations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required for this position • Must pass a background check Compensation: $50,000 Salary plus quarterly bonus opportunities
