The Role: We’re looking for a motivated and experienced results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. You’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Create new business relationships and opportunities from internal lead sources. • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline. • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in the Development, Property Management, HOA, and Real Estate sectors. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract new business. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. • Negotiate contracts and close deals. • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Qualifications: • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. • Strong understanding of the real estate, construction, and property management industries. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Proficient in CRM systems and other sales tools. Compensation: $70,000 Plus Commissions & Bonuses
