    Job Summary

    We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to establish and grow relationships with key decision-makers, generating referrals for our restoration services. This role involves consistent outreach, networking, and relationship-building to expand our customer base and strengthen partnerships with existing clients throughout Ann Arbor and Southeast Michigan.

    Responsibilities

    Identify and develop new referral sources and potential clients

    Maintain and manage a structured sales route

    Conduct sales calls and schedule meetings with target prospects

    Secure commitments from referral partners leading to new business opportunities

    Track sales activities and provide timely reports on progress

    Attend weekly sales meetings

    Maintain regular contact with existing customers and referral partners through calls and in-person visits

    Manage customer relationship data and records

    Present to groups and organizations to drive awareness and business growth

    Actively participate in trade associations, community organizations, and networking events

    Qualifications

    Associate degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; bachelor’s degree a plus

    4-6 years of experience in relationship-based sales, preferably with high-level executives

    Strong understanding of value-based selling and market differentiation

    Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships that drive revenue growth

    Comfortable interpreting financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow

    Strong math skills for estimating revenue potential and sales performance tracking

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools
