    Paul Davis Restoration of San Antonio is a New Franchise with 3 territories covering all of San Antonio and surrounding areas. We are looking for a proactive, Confident, Self-Starter to be the perfect addition to our Awesome Team!

    Paul Davis provides professional emergency restoration services for disasters of all sizes. Water, Flood, Fire and Smoke damage Paul Davis professionals are available 24/7 to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. Founded in 1966, Paul Davis is a rapidly growing network of more than 370 independently owned and operated franchises in the United States and Canada.

    Position: Business Development (Sales)

    Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hours

    Territory: San Antonio and surrounding area

    Summary:

    To promote the services of Paul Davis

    To build industry relationships

    Deliver leads and projects to our Mitigation, Contents and Restoration teams.

    Help people in their time of need

    Responsibilities:

    Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling in a competitive environment

    Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits

    Manage marketing programs

    Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes

    Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager

    Attend business networking functions to promote the business

    Coordinate and manage community and charitable events

    Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses

    Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up

    Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested

    Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis

    Compensation:

    Strong base salary commensurate with experience plus uncapped commission

    Qualifications:

    Marketing, Public Relations or Communications degree (Not Required)

    Two or more years Sales experience

    Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal

    Must have a clean driving record
